摘要
实验评价了几种商品气相缓蚀剂和一种自制缓蚀剂对碳钢、铝、铜、黄铜等在海洋大气环境中的缓蚀性能。通过室内经典极化曲线测量、最长达 1年的长期气相挂片失重测量 (35± 5℃ ,RH =80 % )及气体腐蚀探测电池快速检测 ,筛选出了Cortec公司的VCI 6 0 9和Micromark化学公司的MR POM两种粉状气相缓蚀剂并在胜利埕岛海上油田码头和平台进行了时间接近 1年的现场挂片失重测量。两种缓蚀剂对碳钢大气腐蚀的缓蚀率 ,室内测定结果 >80 % ,现场测定结果为 70 %— 80 % ;对铜、黄铜、铝的缓蚀效果良好 ,在为期 1年的挂片腐蚀测量中未发现腐蚀加剧现象。这两种气相缓蚀剂在胜利埕岛海上油田海洋大气环境中可以直接使用。
Several commercial and one prepared in laboratory inhibitors against corrosion in ocean atmosphere of carbon steel, aluminum, copper and brass are investigated experimentally. Through classical polarization curve measurements in solution, long term (up to 1 year) weight loss tests (35±5℃, RH =80%) and by using gas corrosion sensors( detection cells ) as a fast method, two powdered vapour phase corrosion inhibitors, Cortecs VCI 906 and Micromark chemicals MR POM are selected out and are evaluated in situ for long term(nearly 1 year) indoor weight loss tests in open air at the dock and the production plalform of Chengdao offshore oil field, Shengli. The inhibition in vapour phase determined in laboratory experiments are of >80% and in field trials-in range 70-80%. These are shown to be exellent inhibitors for copper, brass, and aluminum, too, and no corrosion acceleration is detected by weight loss test after exposure over 1 year. It is concluded that the two vapour phase corrosion inhibitors selected and evaluated can be used as such in atmospheric sphere at Chengdao offshore oil field, Shengli.
