套管磨损研究进展

THE STUDY EVOLUTION OF CASING WEAR

套管磨损严重时 ,将使套管的抗挤毁能力和腐蚀寿命大大下降。为了减轻磨损带来的损失 ,有必要对套管的磨损问题进行深入的研究。在查阅大量文献的基础上 ,综合讨论套管磨损对抗挤毁能力和腐蚀寿命的影响、套管磨损机理及套管磨损的预测与控制方法等的研究现状。并提出套管磨损机理研究的新思路和减轻套管磨损的新方法。

Serious casing wear greatly reduces the collapsing strength and corrosion life.In order to lighten the losses by wear,it is essential to research casing wear deeply.By referring a great lot of literatures,this article synthetically discusses the effects of casing wear on collapsing strength and corrosion life,analyses the mechanism of casing wear the methods to forecast and control casing wear,and so on.Meanwhile,new ideas for researching casing wear mechanism and new methods to relieve casing wear are proposed.
