摘要
油管故障是油 (水 )井经常发生 ,且造成损失很大的故障。它给油 (水 )井的正常生产和井下作业带来诸多不便。文中归纳油管损坏的原因有 :斜扣硬上致使油管丝扣损坏 ;滑道对油管的损坏 ;击打、碰撞、咬伤使油管损坏 ;疲劳破坏使油管断裂 ;腐蚀引起的损坏 ;磨损造成的损坏 ;火烧堵死的油管造成的损坏等。其中有人为因素(违章作业 )造成的损坏 ,也有操作不当、油管材质低劣、加工工艺不合格造成的损坏。在分析各种损坏原因的基础上 ,提 6条措施预防此类故障发生 ,对油田生产管理有一定的借鉴作用。
Tubing fault is often happen in oil (water)well.It influences the normal production of oil(water)well.The paper summarizes the causes of tubing failure,including striking,impingement,fatigue failure,corrosion,wear,unapt operation,poor quality tubing material and unqualified processing technology etc..On the basis of analysis of all kinds of causes of tubing failure,six preventive measures are proposed and are used for oilfield production & management.
