摘要 三峡永久船闸是目前世界上水头最高、规模最大的多级船闸。长江水利委员会协同全国各有关部门机构 ,经过反复论证和长期深入的勘测、设计、研究工作 ,较好地解决了船闸布置、通航水流条件、引航道淤积、输水系统水力学、高边坡稳定及变形、建筑物型式、超大型人字门及启闭机设备等一系列关键性技术难题 ,确定了比较完善的设计方案和技术措施 ,满足了船闸安全运行的要求 ,且节省了工程投资 ,为工程的顺利建设创造了良好的条件。 TGPs permanent shiplock is the highest water head and the largest scale multi step flight locks in the world at present. The Changjiang Water Resources Commission, coordinating with various internal related departments and organizations, has satisfactorily solved a series of key and difficult technology issues after repeated demonstration, and long term and thorough investigation, design and research work, such as shiplock arrangement, navigable flow condition, sediment in the approach channels, hydraulics about filling and emptying system, stability and deformation of high excavated slope, type of structures, super large mitre gate and hoisting device. The design scheme and technical measures meet the requirement of safe operation of the shiplock, save the project investment, provide favourable condition for the successful construction of the project.
