Study on regional environment and biodiversity in Quebec Province of Canada

魁北克省是加拿大最大的一个省，其地理位置、资源条件与我国东北类似，多年来在处理经济社会发展和环境保护这一对 矛盾中生存发展，取得了经验。综合探讨了魁北克省区域环境和生物多样性方面的现状、特点和保护，提出了几点认识和 建议。

Quebec is the largest Province of Canada. It' s analogy to northeast of China on geographical position and natural resources. It has accumulated a lot of experiences on handling the contradictions between the economic development and environment protection over a number of years. This article discussed the status, characteristic as well as the protection of Quegbec' s environment and biodiversity. A few suggestions were made on the basis of the discussion.
