摘要
作者认为:丝根的稳定就是拉丝作业的稳定,拉丝作业的稳定程度是工艺、设备整体水平的反映,拉丝的一切技术工作的着眼点应放在稳定丝根进而降低断头飞丝上.作者认为以下几方面的因素与拉丝作业的稳定程度有密切关系:①成型区控制,包括漏板的强制冷却,气流、温湿度的控制和喷雾措施等.②漏板漏嘴的设计和加工质量.③拉丝机运行的平稳性和连续性.④变温控制和变速控制的选择.⑤拉丝炉、耐火材料、浸润剂质量和工艺布置等.
The author thought, the stabitity of attenuating operation was one of the reflections of the level of technology and equipment as a whole, and it depanded on the stabilizing of filament roots, it was closely effected by the following factors, 1. the controt of the forming area, including the coercive cooling of bushing and the control of airflow and humidity and temperature and the spraying measure, etc. 2. the design and processing quality of bushing and nozzles. 3. the smoothness and steadyness the attenuating machine run. 4. the selection of the controlling mode of speed changing and temperature changing. 5. the furnance and refratories and the quality of the size and the technologicat layout.
