对牡丹江流域水环境污染现状、污染源、主要排污口、污染物排放量、生活污水排放量、污染指标等进行分析，提出流域水 环境污染控制目标。

This paper analyzed the water environmental pollutions, the pollutant sources, the main discharge outlets, the pollutant discharge amount; the sewage discharge, the pollution indexes, and etc.. It also presented the control factors of the water environmental pollution in the river valley.
