对现行的重复利用率提高法推测工业用水方法进行讨论，在分析误差产生原因的基础上，对原方法进行了改进，从而提高 了此法推算工业发展用水的准确性。

This paper made a discussion on current repeated utilizing ratio promotion method to infer indusrial water utilizing method. Basis on analyzing the reason of producing error, the original method has been improved, moreover, the correctitude of calculating industrial developing water utilization have been improved.
