摘要
经过１９９８年特大洪水之后，齐齐哈尔市城区原有的城区防洪预案需进行调整，闸述也洪预案调整的主要内容及预案执行 中应注意的几个问题。
After the flood of 1998,the primary city flood control proposal in Qiqihar should be adjusted. This paper introduced the main content and the problems should be paid attention to during executive course.
