As development of industy and agriculture and increases citypopulation industrial waste water and life polluted water are increasing, water and soil erosion are worsening and flood and drought disaster are getting fre- quent. It has brought serious harm to the production of industry and agriculture and our life. This paper dis- cussed the measures to protect water resources in Sanjiang Plain.
