摘要
分析了彩色显像管受地磁影响问题 ,指出地磁场对彩色显像管具有不可忽略的影响。为减小这种影响 ,提出了一种经济、有效屏蔽地磁场的新技术。该技术可在不明显增加彩色显像管成本和重量的前提下 ,较大程度地抑制地磁场对彩色显像管的干扰 ,提高彩色显像管的地磁场裕度 。
Influence of geomagnetic field on the performance of the electron optics in color picture tube (CPT) is a subject of technological interest in global survey and information technology.The magnetic force distribution a moving electron experiences was modeled and mapped out for the whole world from the spherical cap harmonic analysis.With the application of thin film shielding and powder metallurgy technologies,a novel technique was proposed to effectively shield the geomagnetic field at fairly low cost.The technique considerably improves the geomagnetic tolerance and performance of the CPT and requires little production cost and not much gross weight increase of the CPTs.The engineering problems in its fabrication was also discussed.
