摘要
以环氧氯丙烷、二乙烯三胺和可溶性淀粉为原料,合成了新型球状胺基淀粉树脂,研究了该树脂对若干重金属离子的静态吸附性能.结果表明,该树脂对Cu2+,Ni2+;Co2+;Zn2+的吸附容量可分别达0.6~0.99,054~0.85,0.31~0.47和 0.06~0.10mmol·g~(-1);对四种金属离子的吸附动力学表明,吸附均为液膜扩散控制;其等温过程可以分别由 Freundlich和 Langmuir方程描述.
As an environmentally friendly material, starch is very rich in nature. Because of its good biodegrability and no pollution to environment, it was widely used in synthesizing ion exchange resins. The usual synthesis method of starch resin is first crosslinking then functionalization to it. In this paper, a novel synthesis method ' a one-pot ' was designed. By this method, new spherical starch resins containing a quantity of amine groups were synthesized by using epichlorohydrin as a crosslinking agent and diethylenetriamine soluble starch as raw materials. Static adsorption properties of the resins for several heavy metal ions were investigated. The results showed that the adsorption capacities of the above-mentioned resins for Cu2+, Ni2+, Co2+, and Zn2+ were 0.61~0.99, 0.54~0.85, 0.31~0.47, and 0.06~0.10 mmol·g^(-1), respectively. The adsorption kinetics indicated that the adsorption rate is controlled by liquid film diffusion. The adsorption isothermal processes can be described by Freundlich or Langmuir equations.
