摘要
本文研究了碱激发碳酸钙镁类岩石灌浆材料的性能和影响因素 ,结果表明 :这种灌浆材料粘度小 ,流动性好 ,可实现单液灌浆 ,凝固时间在 5～ 2 0小时可调节 ,稳定性好 ,渗透能力强 ,结石体强度和固砂强度达 1～ 3MPa。液固比或水玻璃浓度、养护温度和湿度、石灰岩颗粒细度、不同工艺路线是影响浆材性能的主要因素。还探讨了碱激发碳酸钙镁类岩石灌浆材料的反应机理。
The properties and influence factors of dolomite limestone-water glass grout were studied.Results show that its cohesion is low and flowability is b etter,setting time can be controlled from 6 hours to 20 hours,stability is better and penetrability is strong,calculus strength and mortar strength can reach 1～3MPa,and the primary influence factors include liquid/solid ratio or the Baume degrees of water glass,cure temperature and humidity,size of limestone grains and different technique courses.The reaction mechanism of dolomite limestone and water glass was discussed.
