Based on the essential definition of trust and its importance on partnership of inter-firm in supply chain, this paper lists behaviors of trust crisis in native enterprises and analyzes the reason for this crisis. And then the crisis' adverse influence on partnership of inter-firm is analyzed through a game mould. Finally, this paper expounds influences factors of crisis on partnership.
