摘要
企业敏捷性是企业在市场环境发生变化时维持生存能力的一种度量。提出了市场机遇空间等与敏捷性评价相关的概念组 ,建立了一个敏捷性评价体系 ,分析了敏捷性的相关评价要素 。
Research of the evaluation of enterprise's agility is still basic. In this paper, agility is defined as the ability to keep surviving when themarket environment is changed. A group of concepts related with the evaluation of agility, such as market chance space, are put forward in this paper. An architecture of agility's evaluation is constructed, and the relational elements of agility's evaluation is analyzed, according to every element that can be quantified, a quantified evaluation criteria is constructed.
