摘要
通过从企业的信息处理平台、企业的组织结构和业务流程以及企业文化三个层次深入分析了企业信息化的本质 ,指出了建立真正的现代企业制度是国有企业实现信息化的必要前提。在此基础上 ,本着先由应用定软件 ,由软件定硬件的原则 ,通过实施ERP完成企业核心业务的信息化 ,然后由ERP系统支持的电子商务和商业智能 (BI)的应用 。
By analyzing the essence of enterprises′ informationization from such aspects as information processing platform, organization structure and work flow, and the cultivating of enterprise culture, a way for state owned enterprises to accomplish their transformation from traditional enterprises to informationized ones has been proposed.It includes establishing a modern enterprise system, implementing an ERP system and constructing e commercial & business intelligence applications based on the ERP system.
