摘要
分析了传统的企业业绩评价体系的弊端 ,讨论了企业业绩评价体系的具体要求 ,认为企业业绩评价体系应从顾客满意度、业务能力指标、创新和提高、财务指标四个方面对企业的业绩进行全面的评价 。
This paper analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional enterprise achievements evaluation system and discusses the specific demands for the new system. The new evaluation system holds the idea that a comprehensive evaluation needs four aspects: customers′ satisfaction degree, business ability indexes, innovations and improvements, and financial indexes. The author also designs specific targets for the four aspects.
