摘要
国际国内背景和宣恩县域经济发展情况都充分表明培植绿色财源是实现财政脱贫 ,经济振兴目标的治本之策 ,培植绿色财源既要遵循科学的原则和处理好各种关系 ,又要明确发展重点 ,探究发展措施。
According to international and domestic economic development, the author points out that to open up green sources of revenue is an important way to develop economy and get rid of poverty and become better off.Meanwhile, we should follow the laws of science and handle various relationship well.
