This paper deals with the importance of 'Three Represents'theory put forward by President Jiang Zemin and its rich connotation.The author points out that 'Three Represents'theory is the basic policy of strengthening the Party construction now.Meanwhile, the author advocates that the leaders of colleges and universities should be the models of practising this important theory.
