This paper talks about how the pattern of company activity of f amily poet affects the study of poem of DongJin and South Dynasty.It also goes further into the law of the development of the study of poem during this particular per iod. Poem experienced the transformation from XuanYan Poem of DongJin Dynasty,La ndscape Poem of Jin and Song Dynasty to YongMing Pattern of Qi and Liang Dynasty and GongTi poem, while the family poet company in the south of ChangJiang River seek the beauty of the nature ,have a competition in intelligence and uphold th e spirit of poem's function as appreciation of the beautiful and entertainment. These two are closely linked.
