Improvement of AFLP Protocol for Silver-Staining in Rice

摘要 以转基因水稻为材料 ,对 AFL P指纹银染技术及实验操作中的关键技巧做了比较详尽的叙述 ,取得了比较理想的实验结果。 Using transgenic rice as materials, the technique of AFLP silver-staining protocol and some skills were specified, and excellent results were obtained.
