CAV对BWEL-SPF鸡的致病性试验及毒价测定

The Titer of CAV and the Pathogenic Test to BWEL-SPF Chicken

本实验用鸡传染性贫血病病毒标准株 (CAV和Cux_1)和国内分离株 (CAVM990 5CAV和H990 6 )分别对BWEL_SPF雏鸡 1～ 7家系进行 1日龄和 1月龄攻毒的致病性试验。 1日龄雏鸡接种CAVCux_1毒株 ,12天后观察到感染鸡的喙、腿、冠和爪等部位颜色变浅 ,16天剖杀 ,观察剖检变化 ,并进行IFA和PCR检测 ,确定感染率和CAV毒价。结果CAVCux_1株对 1日龄BWEL_SPF雏鸡半数感染量 (CID50 )为 10 4 .3 / 0 .2ml。同时检测到CAVCux_1株对 1月龄BWEL_SPF雏鸡发病率为 6 0 %;CAVM990 5和CAVH990 6对 1日龄BWEL_SPF雏鸡发病率为 10 0 %,死亡率为 40 %、2 0 %。

To investigate the pathogenicity of CAV_Cux1,CAV M9009 and CAV H9906 which were isolated from china,1_day_old BWEL_SPF chickens are challenged with these viruses.It demonstrates that the CID 50 of CAV_Cux1 to 1_day_old chickens is 10 4.3/0.2ml.And the morbidity of CAV_Cux1,CAV M9905 and CAV H9906 to 1_day_old BWEL_SPF chickens are 100%,40% and 20%respectively.
