鸽禽Ⅰ型副粘病毒病蜂胶佐剂灭活疫苗的研制

Development of the Proplis-adjuvant Pigeon Inactivated Avian Paramyxovirus I(A/PMV_l)Vaccine

鸽禽I型副粘病毒 (A/PMV_I)病是鸽的一种严重病毒性传染病 ,给养鸽业造成了巨大损失。为了更好地预防本病的发生 ,我们用从现场分离鉴定的 7株鸽A/PMV_I毒株中筛选出 3株抗原性良好的毒株作为种毒 ,研制成蜂胶佐剂混合毒株灭活疫苗 ,经安全试验、最佳免疫剂量测定、效力试验 ,以及田间应用的结果 ,表明该疫苗抗原性良好、使用安全和免疫保护效果确实。实验室试验 ,用本疫苗免疫后 30、90、180天 ,其保护指数分别为 10 0 %、77 8%和 5 5 6 %,免疫有效期最少达 6个月 ;在4℃～ 8℃保存 ,其有效期最少可达 180天。

A/PMV_l infection in pigeons is a serious disease which causes heavy loss in pigeon industry.In order to control A/PMV_l infection in pigeons better,Proplis_Adjuvant Pigeon Inactivated A/PMV_I Vaccine has been developed with 3 A/PMV_I isolates selecting from 7 isolates based on their antigenicity.Experiments were conducted for the safety,ideal dosage,immune period of the vaccine,and at the same time,it was tested in field with 800 000 birds.The results showed that the vaccine was safe and could induced excellent immune responses in the vaccinated pigeons.The vaccinated birds were challenged with a virulent A/PMV_l strain at 30d,90d,180d after vaccination,the protection indexes were 100%,77.8% and 55.6%,respectively.And the immune protective period could maintained 6 months at least.The vaccine which preserved as long as 180 days at 4℃～8℃ still keep effective.
