Experimental study on the meteorological factors inducing the occurrence of stroke

摘要 目的 探讨气象因素对易卒中型肾血管性高血压大鼠 (RHRSP)卒中发病的影响。 方法 用Cox回归法分析卒中的发生与气压、最低气温、平均相对湿度等 15个气象因素及平均血压的关系。 结果 RHRSP组心、脑有不同程度的高血压性动脉硬化 ,有 116只出现自发性卒中 ,并随寒潮来临呈高峰发病 ,其中与平均气压、最低气温、温差和相对湿度有关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与其它的气象因素无显著相关 (P >0 0 5 )。血压的变化与最低气温呈负相关 (P <0 0 1) ,而与气压呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 RHRSP卒中的发生与天气的寒冷、气温的骤降、气压及平均相对湿度的上升有关。气象因素的预后指数方程有可能对高血压的卒中危险起一定的预报作用。 Objective To explore the influence of meteorological factors toward the incidence of stroke prone renovascular hypertensive rats (RHRSP). Methods Cox regression method was employed to analyze the relationship between the occurrence of stroke and 15 kinds of meteorological factors and daily average blood pressure. Results The spontaneous stroke occurred in 116 rats in RHRSP group and the peak of stroke occurrence was accompanied with the cold tide. Cardiovascular or cerebral vascular pathological changes were shown in all control cases, and brain arterioles of the stroked rats displayed lipohylinoid and fibrinoid necrosis. The incidence of stroke significantly correlated with the blood pressure, barometric pressure, lowest temperature, difference in temperature and relative average humidity ( P <0 05). No relation with other meteorological factors was observed ( P >0 05). It was showed that the blood pressure had negative correlation with the lowest temperature ( P <0 001) and positive correlation with the barometric pressure( P <0 02). Conclusions The occurrence of stroke in RHRSPs relates with the coldness of weather, sudden decreases of the temperature, as well as increases of the barometric pressure and the relative average humidity. The rising of blood pressure is of most importance among all factors. Exponential equation of the prognosis may help predicating the haphazard rate of hypertensive stroke patients.
