摘要
目的 探索准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(PRK)、准分子激光原位角膜磨削术(LASIK)术中固定眼球的控制技术。方法 PRK和 LASIK术中,对眼球固视不良的病例,以 22 mmHg辅助环固定眼球,进行激光切削。分析7例12眼的临床效果。结果 切削时间为 48~102s的临床病例,均在平稳安静、固视中心位状态下接受激光切削,无1例出现术中的眼球漂移或颤动。也未发现并发症。结论 22 mmHg负压环辅助注视为 PRK和 LASIK术中的眼球固定提供良好的控制技术,对提高激光角膜屈光手术的视觉质量具有重要意义。
Objective To study the technique to fix eye position during PRK and LASIK surgery. Methods 22 mmHg suction ring is an extensive design on the KN-5000 lamellae keratoplasty system. The aid ring is connected with the pressure control to the KN-5000 system. The 22 mmHg suction ring was fixated around the limbus when the eye is not fixed in normal condition. 7 cases(12eyes) accepted the surgery with this device. Results All eyes performed surgery with the 22 mmHg suction ring were in perfect focus position during the period of 48~120 sec of exicimer laser scanning. No eye shift or trembler occured during surgery, and no servers complication was found. Conclusion 22 mmHg suction ring aid fixation is an effective, safe approach to control eye shift during the surgery of PRK and LASIK. It will benefit the visual quality after refractive surgery.
