瘫复汤外熏配合中药内服治疗中风偏瘫70例临床观察

Treatment of Apoplectic Hemiplegia by Fumigation of "Hemiplegia-Remedying Decoction" and Oral Medication of Chinese Medicine

为观察瘫复汤外熏治疗中风偏瘫的疗效。将 10 0例偏瘫患者 ,随机分为治疗组 (70例 ) ;对照组 (30例 )。两组患者以相同中药内服及推拿、功能锻炼等常规治疗 ,治疗组另以瘫复汤外熏。疗程 15～ 45天。结果 :治疗组总有效 6 7例 (95 7% ) ,其中痊愈 48例 (6 8 6 % ) ;对照组的总有效例数与痊愈例数分别为 2 8(93 3% )、13(4 3 3% ) ,两组的痊愈率比较 ,差异有显著性 ,P <0 0 5。

To observe the curative effects of 'Hemiplegia Remedying Decoction' and oral medication of Chinese medicine in the treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia,100 patients were randomized into treatment group (n=70) and control group (n=30).Oral medication,massage and functional exercise were performed in both groups,but the treatment group was additionally given the fumigation of 'Hemiplegia Remedying Decoction'.They were all treated for 15～45 days.Results showed that,in treatment group,67 cases (95 7%) got effectiveness among whom 48 cases (68 6%) were cured;in control group,28 cases (93 3%) got effectiveness among whom 13 cases (43 3%) were cured,with striking differences between the two groups ( P <0 01).
