摘要
以自拟丹芪益肾汤治疗糖尿病性肾病4 8例 ,并与 2 9例糖适平治疗组作对照。结果 :中药组总有效率 (85 4 % )高于西药组 (6 5 5 % ) ;对蛋白尿的改善作用也明显优于西药组 (均P <0 .0 5 )。提示本方对糖尿病性肾病蛋白尿有较好疗效。
patients were treated by'Kidney Nourishing Decoction'and another 29 patients were treated by Glurenorm as control.Results showed that the total effective rate of the former group was 85 4%,higher than 65 5%of the latter group;and the proteinuria in former group reduced much more than that in the latter,( P <0.05).
