中西医结合治疗婴儿痉挛症34例

Treatment of Infantile Spasm by Chinese and Western Medicines in 34 Cases

采用止痉散加小剂量ACTH联合用药治疗婴儿痉挛症 34例 ,结果显效 18例 ,有效 12例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率为 88.2 %。联合用药不仅解决了止痉散不可久服的缺点和大剂量ACTH出现的副反应 ,而且能较快的有效控制痉挛发作 ,缩短病程 。

Spasm Stopping Powder' in combination with a small amount of ACTH was used to treat 34 cases of infantile spasm.Results showed marked effect in 18 cases,effectiveness in 12 cases,failure in 4 cases,and the total effective rate was 88.2%.Combination of the two medicines can remedy the drawback that 'Spasm Stopping Powder' cannot be taken for a long time and the side effects of ACTH,shorten the treatment course and correct the abnormal electroencephalogram.
