激光治疗皮肤色素痣的1882例临床分析

Clinical analysis of the laser therapy in 1 882 cases of cutaneous pigment naevi

目的 对不同激光治疗皮肤各类色素痣进行临床评价。方法 根据需要选用 ＣＯ２激光、Ｑ开关翠绿宝石激光或Ｑ开关Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光对皮肤各种先天性、后天性色素病进行汽化或扫描。结果１８８２例各类皮肤色素痣经激光治疗，全部痊愈。不同种类色素痣所需治疗次数不尽相同，最短１－２次即可治愈，最长需６－７次。结论 激光治疗皮肤色素痣具有治愈率高、副作用少特点，值得推广应用，但不同种类色素痣应采用不同种类激光以提高其安全性。

Objective To evaluate the laser therapy of various cutaneous pigment naevi. Methods Vaporizing or scanning to various congeni- tal and acquired naevi by CO2 laser or Q switched alexandrite laser or Q switched Nd: YAG laser were selected. Results 1 882 cases of cutaneous pigment naevi were all cured by serveral times of laser treatment. The least times of treatment were once to twice and the longest were six to seven times. Conclusion Treatment of cutaneous pigment naevi by laser has high cure rate and low side effect. For safety, different kinds of laser should be selected for treating various cutaneous naevi.
