摘要
研究酮替芬对大鼠应激性胃黏膜损伤中两型肥大细胞的作用。结果发现 :应激 8h后 ,大鼠胃黏膜有明显损伤 ,胃内黏膜肥大细胞和结缔组织肥大细胞均有明显脱颗粒现象。在应激前使用酮替芬则大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数及两型肥大细胞脱颗粒明显降低 ,说明酮替芬对两型肥大细胞均有稳定作用 ,可以减轻应激时胃黏膜损伤 ,提示两型肥大细胞均参与应激性胃黏膜损伤的形成。
To study effects of ketotifen on mucosal mast cells(MMC) and connective tissue mast cells(CTMC)in stress induced rat gastric mucosal damage.It was found that acute gastric mucosal damage was induced by stress,and the degranulation rate of MMC and CTMC during gastric mucosal injury increased significantly.After treatment with ketotifen,both the injury index of gastric mucosa and degranulation rate of two types of MCs obviously reduced.It is suggested that ketotifen can function as a MC stabilizer to inhibit degranulation of two types of MCs and thus,reduce the degree of stress induced gastric mucosal injury,namely,MMC and CTMC may play an important role in the pathogenesis of acute gastric mucosal damage.Moreover,it may provide an experimental basis for clinical application of MC stabilizer in treatment and prevention of stress induced gastric mucosal injury.
