肠系膜上静脉血栓形成的诊治分析(附9例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment of superior mesenteric venous thrombosis:an analysis of 9 cases

目的 探讨肠系膜上静脉血栓形成的诊治问题。方法 总结分析我院 9年来所收治的 9例临床资料。结果 本组病例均由剖腹探查证实 ,再手术 2例 ,切除小肠 80～ 36 0cm ,6例治愈 ,3例死亡。结论 该病少见 ,症状和体征无特异性 ,诊断困难 ,B超及CT检查对诊断有帮助。早期切除坏死肠段及系膜 。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and therapy of superior mesenteric venous thrombosis(MVT) Methods Thediagnosisandtreatmentof9patientswithsuperiormesentericvenousthrombosiswereretrospectivelyanalyzed. Results All cases were proved by operation Among these patients,2 needed reoperation and resected small intestine 80 to 360 cm,6 were cured and 3 died Conclusion MVT is an uncommon disease Its symptoms and signs are nonspecific,and can not be relived on for accurate diagnosis Ultrasonography and CT are the sensitive diagnosis Early operation for removing the involved intestine with its mesentery and early application of anticoagulants are essential to decrease the mortality and recurrence
