Analysis of clinical effects of homemade chloroprocaine

目的 分析研究国产盐酸氯普鲁卡因冻干粉与针剂分别应用于硬膜外麻醉、臂丛神经阻滞、局部浸润麻醉的效果。方法 采用随机双盲的方法分组进行研究。硬膜外麻醉 4 5例 ,分为 3组 (每组 15例 ) :Ⅰ组 1 7%利多卡因 ,Ⅱ组氯普鲁卡因粉剂稀释为 3% ,Ⅲ组 3%氯普鲁卡因针剂 ;臂丛神经阻滞 4 0例 ,分为 4组 (每组 10例 ) :Ⅰ组 1 33%利多卡因 ,Ⅱ组 2 %普鲁卡因 ,Ⅲ组氯普鲁卡因粉剂稀释为 2 % ,Ⅳ组 2 %氯普鲁卡因针剂 ;局部浸润麻醉 30例 (每例 10例 )分为 3组 :Ⅰ组 1%普鲁卡因 ,Ⅱ组氯普鲁卡因粉剂稀释为 1% ,Ⅲ组 1%氯普鲁卡因针剂。结果 硬膜外组中除Ⅲ组运动消失时间明显短于Ⅰ组外 (P<0 0 5 ) ,其余指标无明显统计学差异 ;臂丛神经阻滞组中 ,实验组疼痛恢复及运动恢复时间少于对照Ⅰ组 ,有统计学差异 (P<0 0 1) ,实验Ⅲ组疼痛及运动恢复时间均比对照Ⅱ组长 (P <0 0 5 ) ;局部浸润麻醉组中两实验组疼痛消失迅速 ,疼痛恢复时间均长于对照组 ,Ⅲ组短于Ⅱ组。结论 国产盐酸氯普鲁卡因麻醉起效迅速 ,性能稳定 ,粉剂比针剂更佳 ;

Objective To evaluate the effects of homemade chloroprocaine on patients with epidural anesthesia,brachial plexus blocks and local anesthesia. Methods Forty five patients with epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups (each n =15). Group Ⅰ received 1 7% lidocaine, Group Ⅱ chloroprocaine powder dissolved to 3% solution and Group Ⅲ 3% chloroprocaine injection. Forty patients with brachial plexus blocks were randomly divided into four groups (each n =10). The patients according to their groups received 1 33% lidocaine, 2% procaine, chloroprocaine powder dissolved to 2% solution and 2% chloroprocaine injection respectively. Thirty patients with local anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups (each n =10).The patients received 1% procaine, chloroprocaine powder dissolved to 1% solution and 1% chloroprocaine injection respectively. Results In epidural anesthesia, motion blockes of patients were significantly shorter only in group Ⅲ than in group Ⅰ. The other anesthesia indexes were no significant difference. In brachial plexus blocks, duration of anesthesia in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly shorter than that in group Ⅰ,and was significantly longer in group Ⅲ than in group Ⅱ. In local anesthesia, the time of pain release was shorter in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ than in groupⅠ. Duration of anesthesia was significantly longer in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ than in group Ⅰ. Duration of anesthesia was also significantly longer in group Ⅱ than in group Ⅲ. Conclusion Homemade chloroprocaine is a quick onset anesthetic. It is steady and efficient.Duration of anesthesia with chloroprocaine is longer than that with procaine, and shorter than that with lidocaine.
