摘要
对36例单纯性肾病患儿做了ACTH试验,并对其中27例进行了随访观察。结果表明,肾上腺皮质储备功能低下患儿较功能正常患儿易频繁复发及单复发,提示ACTH试验对肾病的复发具有重要的预测价值。
ACTH test was performed in 36 children with steroid responsive nephrotic syndrome(SRNS),27 of them were followed up as well. The results showed: The relapse was more frequent and earlier in the children with subnormal level in the test than that withnormal level.It is concluded that the ACTH test is valuable in predicting the relapse of SRNS.
