摘要
目的 探讨琉璃草的抗炎镇痛作用机制。方法 用琉璃草的水溶性溶出物 1 0g/kg、 2 0g/kg两个剂量组分别对昆明种小鼠进行药理试验。结果 给药两个剂量组均能延长小鼠的痛反应时间、减少扭体反应次数 ,抑制鼠耳肿胀和毛细血管通透性。结论 琉璃草水溶性浸出物中嘌呤类生物碱具有抗炎镇痛的药理作用。
Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory and analgetic effect of cynoglssum leiaeum.Methods Pharmacologic experiement was carried out on two groups of mice of Kunming species with cynoglssun leiaeum water-soluble extractum 10g/kg and 20g/kg respectively . Results The period of pain reaction was prolonged, rolling reaction times decreased . The swelling of the mice ears was restrained , and the permeability of celiocapillary controlled. Conclusion Cynoglossum leiaeum water-soluble extractive has analgetic and anti-inflammatory effect
