慢性肾炎病人生活质量相关因素研究

Study on Chronic Nephritis Patients' life quality and Relative Factors

目的 探讨影响慢性肾炎病人生活质量的相关因素 ,为提高其生活质量提供依据。方法 运用病人情况登记表及疾病影响程度测定表对病人进行问卷调查 ,所得结果应用STATA软件包在IBMPC机上进行统计学分析。结果 慢性肾炎病人的生活质量均有不同程度的下降 ,性别、职业、文化程度、劳动强度、吸烟、饮酒、自身体重指数、心理状态对病人生活质量有明显影响 ,而且生活质量各方面之间也明显相互影响。结论 只有对影响病人生活质量的每一方面均加以提高 。

Objective To study chronic nephritis patients' life quality and relative factors to offer foundation for promoting their life quality. Methods Results from registration questionaire and morbidity effect degree questionaire of the patients were processed statistically by STATA software batg on IBMPC. Results Life quality of the patients went down in various degree. Sex; profession; culture background; work tension; smoking; drinking; body weightand psychology contributed greatly to the life quality and they influenced each other. Conclusion Life quality of chronic nephritis patients can be promoted only by promoting each relative aspect of it.
