止咳平喘膜剂的药效学研究Ⅱ.对小鼠慢性支气管炎的治疗作用及其作用机理

Pharmacodynamic Study of Antitussive and Antiasthmatic Film Ⅱ. Therapeutic Action and Its Action Mechanism on Chronic Bronchitis In Mice

目的 :研究止咳平喘膜剂对小鼠慢性支气管炎的治疗作用及其作用机理。方法 :在相同条件下用香烟熏吸造成小鼠慢性支气管炎模型。结果 :该膜剂对慢性支气管炎小鼠血清 NO、MDA、CD54 、IL-2和肺泡灌洗液 CD54 、肺泡巨噬细胞、白细胞总数、中性粒细胞数及肺组织中的 NO有显著降低作用 ,并能升高血清 SOD含量 ;病理组织学检测结果表明 ,用药组小鼠支气管炎性病变明显改善。结论 :止咳平喘膜剂对小鼠慢性支气管炎有较好的治疗作用。

AIM The purpose is to study the therapeutic action and its action mechanism of antitussive and antiasthmatic film(AAF) on chronic bronchitis in mice. METHODS The chronic bronchitis of the mice was induced by cigarette smoking. RESULTS AAF could significantly decrease NO, MDA, IL-2,CD 54 of serum and NO, CD 54 , WBC,NEU and alveolar macrophage of alveolar lavage solution and increase SOD of serum in chronic bronchitis mice. Histopathology suggested that AAF also markedly reduced bronchial inflammatory lesion in chronic bronchitis mice. CONCLUSION AAF had a better therapeutic action on chronic bronchitis in mice.
