阿霉素神经干注射治疗原发性三叉神经痛的复发原因分析

Analysis of the recurrence causes of primary trigeminal neuralgia following the treatment of nerve being injected with adriamycin

目的 探讨阿霉素神经干注射治疗原发性三叉神经痛的复发原因。方法 研究６８例采用该技术治疗的患者术后复发与临床因素及术后疼痛消失时间的关系。结果 复发与患者的性别、年龄、病程及板机点无关（Ｐ＞０．０５）；而与三叉神经的分支及术后疼痛消失时间有关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。第ＩＩ支复发率高于其它两支；术后疼痛消失时间越长，复发率越高。结论 三叉神经细胞体的破坏不全可能是该技术治疗原发性三叉神经痛复发的主要原因。

Objective To explore the recurrence of primary trigeminal neuralgia following the treatment of adriamycin being injected into the trigeminal neural fiber. Methods Sixty-eight patients underwent the same treatment and the relationships between the recurrence and clinical factors as well as the time of pain-disappearing after surgery were Investigated. Results No significance was found bewteen recurrence and genre as well as age, clinical course and triger zones. Recurrence was significantly associated with the branches of trigeminal nerve and the time of pain-disappearing (P <0.05). The recurrence rate was higher in the second branch than in the other two and the longer the time of pain-disappearing, the higher the recurrence rate. Conclusion Incomplete destruction of the trigeminal neural cell may be the main and fundamental cause of recurrence of primary trigemina neuralgia.
