目的 采用 Ｂｉｏｎａｔｏｒ（生物调节器）与Ｈｅａｄｇｅａｒ（头帽）矫治安氏ＩＩ类错 儿童，论证联用的作用机 理，研究使用时机及临床实用性。方法 将一种新型的功能性的颌骨矫形器来取代传统的机械矫治器，并进行了 大胆的设计和充分的改良，增设了许多特殊装置（如口外弓、头帽等），使其矫治效果更佳。结果Ｂｉｏｎａｔｏｒ与 Ｈｅａｄｇｅａｒ联用能早期抑制上颌生长，促进下颌向前生长，起到功能性的颌骨矫形作用，更有创新之处。结论 通 过功能性和机械性的联合作用，在儿童的生长快速期进行预防性阻断性的治疗，能有效控制上下颌骨之间的矢状 不调，刺激和改变髁突的位置，从而调整ＩＩ类骨关系。

Objective The Bionator and Headgear were combined to correct calss II malocclusion in children to demonstrat the mechanism of combined use of Bionator and Headgear and study the applied opportunity and clinical practicability. Methods In this study, a new type of functional corrector of jaw substituting for traditional corrector was developed with supplemented with special fittings such as outside oral arch, Headgear and so on and obtained satisfactory therapeutic effects. Results The results showed that the Bionator and Headgear could restrain the maxillary growth early and promote the forward mandibular growth which contribute to the functional jaws correction. Conclusion It is suggested that through the functional and mechanical process, preventive blocking treatment during the rapid growth stage of the children could effectively control the arrowy disorder between maxillary and mandible, stimulate and change the position of condylar process and then adjust the relation of class II bone.
