摘要
本文采用萃取硅胶柱层析分离技术 ,从海黍子 (Sargassum kjllmanianum)中分离获得 4种海藻多酚类物质 ,用油溶性自由基引发剂 (AMVN)引发氧化亚油酸甲酯 (Methyl linolenate,ML) ,用 HPL C测定亚油酸甲酯氢过氧化物 (ML- OOH)含量 ,以 BHT和 VE为对照 ,评价了海黍子多酚类物质的抗氧化能力。结果表明 :在自由基引发剂 (AMVN)作用下 ,获得的海藻多酚 (butylated hyohoxytoluene) (0 .2 % )对 ML氧化的抑制作用均比 BHT(0 .0 2 % )好 ,但不如 VE(0 .2 % )的效果好。
Four antioxidative phlorotannins extracted from sargassum killuanianum were isolated with silicic Gel chromatography.Their antioxidative ability to methyl linolenate (ML) was determined by testing the concentration of methyl linolenate hydroperoxide (ML OOH) in the presence of free radical initator AMVN.The results showed that the antioxidations of four phlorotannins (0.2%) are better than that of BHT (0.02%),but poorer than that of V E (0.2%).The antioxidative ability of various phlorotannins were similar.
