柴油机整机外表油漆涂装现场苯、甲苯、二甲苯(三苯)的测试与监控是工业卫生的一项重要工作。三苯为无色、有芳香味、挥发性、易燃溶剂。它们一般以蒸气的形成存在于空气中,其含量超标对人体有害。过去常用的三苯含量测定分析的几种方法操作复杂繁琐、人为因素影响大、重现性差。现在采用气相色谱法对柴油机油漆涂装现场空气中三苯含量进行测定。证明该方法快速、准确,可完全适用于油漆生产现场三苯含量的测试和监控。
Testing and monitoring of benzene, methylbenzene and dimethylbenzene on occasion of diesel engine paints coating is very important industrial sanitation work. Three benzene are solvents with features of colorlessness, aroma, volatility and nammability. Their existence in air is steam form. Excessive proportion in air will do harm to human being. Several testing methods used in the past are complicated, easy influenced by human being and reproducing. Now Gas Chromatographs which are used to test ben- zene proportion in air are put into practice at the work site of diesel engine paints coating. Through Gas Chromatographs theory, the author verifies that this method is quick and accurate. This method is adapt- able to test and monitor the proportion of benzene in air at the work site of paints coating.
