摘要
锅炉在湿式除渣方式下运行时 ,高温炽热的炉渣与激冷的水封水接触能产生过冷沸腾 ;本文经理论推导和计算对比认为 :过冷沸腾所产生的水蒸汽使排烟热损失加大 ,影响了锅炉热平衡的计算与测试结果 。
When the boilers are working under the wet-type decinder conditions,the fiery cinder contacts with the chilling water,which close off the air in,produced subcooled boiling;In this article,through the ratiocination and calculation conclude that the water vapor produced under subcooled boiling conditions increases the exhaust heat loss,in which effects the boiler heat balance calculation and test result,and cause the thermal efficiency declinc
