摘要
本文应用化学分析 ,硬度试验 ,脆性试验 ,断口及金相分析方法 ,结合阀门在电厂运行的工作状况 ,对3 8CrMoALA电动截止阀阀杆在运行中断裂的原因进行分析。分析结果认为该阀杆处于非设计的工作状况下 ,阀体内介质流向复杂 ,阀杆受到频繁震动 ,在薄弱部位产生疲劳 。
By means of the chemical analysis,hardness test,bittleness test,fibrous fracture and metallographic analysis as well as consiclering operation condition of the valve in power plane,this paper analysed the reason about the valve-stem failure of a 38CrMoALA motor-operated stop-valve.we had following conclosion,because the valve wasing off-design behavior while the direction of the medium stream was very complicated,the valve stem got freqently shock so that the vulnerable area came into fatigue until failure.
