Clinical observation of Astragalus and PGE_1 on unstable angina

目的 :观察黄芪与前列腺素 E1 注射液联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 :采用自身对照的方法对 5 2例不稳定型心绞痛患者联合使用黄芪注射液、前列腺素 E1 注射液治疗 14天 ,并应用动态心电图定量时间监测 ,比较治疗前后心肌缺血定量时间的变化。结果 :治疗前心肌缺血总时间定量为 ( 196 .16± 2 37.6 3)分 ,治疗后为 ( 90 .71± 85 .46 )分 ,与治疗前比较 ,差异显著 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :黄芪与前列腺素 E1

Objective: It is to observe the efficacy of Astragalus and PGE 1 on unstable angina. Methods: Fifty-two patients with unstable angina were treated with Astragalus and PGE 1 for 14 days. The total time of myocardial ischemia were compared before and after treatment by DCG. Results: After treatment, the total time of myocardial ischemia was from ( 196.16± 237.63) minutes to (90.71±85.46) minutes. There were significant difference compared with before treatment ( P< 0.01 ). Conclusion: Astragalus and PGE 1 can decrease the time of myocardial ischemia on unstable angina.
