糖尿病病人下肢阻抗血流图分析

Analysis of the lower limb's impedance rheogram of the diabetic patients

目的 :分析糖尿病病人下肢阻抗血流图变化。方法 :用电脑多功能阻抗测试仪分别测试 85例糖尿病病人及 83例健康体查者的下肢阻抗血流图。结果 :糖尿病病人下肢阻抗血流图各波幅均明显减低 (P <0 .0 1) ;流入容积速度明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;快速容积上升指数明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;双下肢S波差、C波差百分率明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ;其中发病≤ 5年患者下肢阻抗血流图其结果亦基本同上。结论 :下肢阻抗血流图对糖尿病肢体血管病变早期诊断有重要辅助价值 ;以波幅指标最为敏感 ,是一种无创。

Objective:To investigate the lower limb's impedance rheogram (LIR) of patients with diabetes. Methods: The LIR of 85 diabetics and 83 controls were analyzed with Impedance rheograph. Results: All LIR wave ampulitude of diabetics were lower then controls(P<0.01,respectively), infusion volume velocity decreased significantly (P<0.01), S wave and C wave defference percentige were higher than controls (P<0.01). What is more, the LIR results of diabetics with duration≤5 years were similar with controls. Conclusion: The LIR have important early diagnostic value for diabetic Vasculopathy, The LIR wave ampulitude chang are sensitive, it is a noninvasive, speed diagnostic method of limb blood supply.
