复方消溃灵对消化性溃疡及萎缩性胃炎患者EGF与EGFR的影响

Effect of Xiaokuiling on epidermal growth factor and epidermal growth factor receptor in patients with peptic ulcer and atrophic gastritis

目的 探讨中药复方消溃灵对消化性溃疡及萎缩性胃炎患者血清、胃液ＥＧＦ含量及胃粘膜ＥＧＦＲ表达的影响。方法 采用放射免疫法及ＳＡＢＣ免疫组化技术对２４例消化性溃疡和２７例萎缩性胃炎及１２例＂正常＂胃粘膜者血清、胃液ＥＧＦ含量及胃粘膜ＥＧＦＲ进行检测。结果 治疗前，ＥＧＦ含量，ＰＵ组明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５） ，ＡＧ组显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＥＧＦＲ表达，ＰＵ组及ＡＧ组均较对照组增强（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＥＧＦ含量及ＥＧＦＲ表达与治疗前比较，ＰＵ组变化显著（Ｐ＜０．０１） ，ＡＧ组无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论 消溃灵可显著提高消化性溃疡患者血清及胃液ＥＧＦ含量并促进胃粘膜ＥＧＦＲ表达，对萎缩性胃炎患者无明显影响。

Objective To study the effect of Xiaokuiling, a preparation of Chinese herbas medicine, on (EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in patients with peptic ulcer and atrophic gastritis.Methods The levels of EGFR in gastric mucosa and EGF in serum and gastric juice in were measured 24 cases of peptic ulcer (PV),27 atrophic gastritis and (AG) 12 normal gastric mucosa by SABC technique and radioemmunassay. Results Before treatment,the EGF levels,were significantly lower in PU group (P＜0. 05), ad significantly higher in AG group(P＜0.01) than that in control group,while the EGFR,levels wele signiticantly higher in PU and AG groups (P＜0.05,P＜0.01).After treatment,the levels of EGF and EG FR,compared with the control group,in increased significantly PU group (P＜0.01),and there was no significant difference in AG group (P＞0.05). Conclusion For those patients with peptic ulcer,Chinese herbal medicine Xiaokuiling can increase the level of EGF in serum and gastric juice and EGFR expression in gastric mucosa significantly;bat it has no effect on patients with atrophic gastritis.
