摘要
对输送气液两相混合物及纯液体时单螺杆油气混输泵的外特性进行了试验研究,通过改变泵排出闸门的开度和供气量的大小得到了在不同的吸入气液容积比下的外特性曲线。试验结果表明,当介质含气量为零时,会出现大量液体沿密封线泄漏的现象,应尽量避免长时间工作。但在输送空气和水两相混合物时,如果吸入气液容积比过大,则会出现强烈的振动和噪音,使泵的工作中断,一般应使吸入气液容积比在1.5:1~5:1范围内。在稳定工作区范围内,不同的含气量条件下,随着排出压头的增加,混合液总量稍有下降,轴功率直线上升,效率呈抛物线变化。
The pump features of the single-screw pump for oil and gas mixture were studied experimentally with water/air mixture and water.The pump characteristic curves were obtained for different air-water volume ratio and the variation was analyzed.The single screw pump should not work for a long time in the condition of pure water.But the pump would be forced to stop,if the air-water volume ratio was too large.The working range of the air-water volume ratio should be 1:5~5:1.In this range of air-water ratio the flow rate of mixture slightly decreased,the axial power increased linearly and the pump efficiency increased parabolically with a rise in effective head.
