摘要
为深入研究石油馏分化学组成与临界性质的关系,在实测国产石油直馏分油临界性质的基础上,探索用基团贡献法预测石油馏分的临界性质。研究结果表明,只要结构基因和特性函数选择恰当,用线性规划法求解基因数是可行的。对比了Joback法和Lyderson法计算出的基团贡献值,在预测石油馏分的临界温度和临界压力时,后者优于前者,预测的平均相对误差分别为1.82%和5.79%,计算结果较好,为研究石油馏分化学组成与物性关系提供了依据。
The method of group contribution was used to predict the critical properties of petroleum fractions.The number of groups could be obtained by linear programming,provided the choice of structural groups and their characteristic functions is appropriate.The critical temperatures and critical pressures calculated with this method were compared with the experimental data,the average relative errors being 1.82% and 5.79% respectively.This result is acceptable in process design.A comparison of the group contributions calculated with Joback method and those with Lyderson method shows that latter is better than the former for petroleum fractions.
