摘要
滇产回心草为真藓科植物大叶藓 (Rhodobryumroseum (Hedw)Limp .)的干燥或新鲜全草 ,回心康是以滇产回心草为主要原料研制的复方制剂。观察了回心草和回心康对麻醉大鼠血流动力学的影响 ,结果表明 ,回心草及回心康均能降低麻醉大鼠的血压 ,使收缩压、舒张压都显著下降 ,以 1g/kg回心草 (p <0 0 1)和 1g/kg及 2g/kg回心康 (p <0 0 5 ,p <0 0 1)为显著 ,未见心率加快。其降压作用具有降压效应平稳和持续时间较长的特点。
Rhodobryum Roseum(Hedw) Limp. growing in yunnan province belongs to the Rhodobryum plant in Braceae, usually its dry or fresh herb is used, HXK tablet is a kind of compound which mainly consists of extract of hodobryum Roseum(Hedw) Limp. In this paper, it was studied that hemodynamic effects of Roseum and HXK after intraduodenally administration on anesthetized rats. The results showed that Roseum at 1 g/Kg(P<0 01)and at 1 g/Kg or 2 g/Kg (p<0 05 or P<0 01) could significantly lower blood pressure, incloud SAP and DAP, without increasing heart rate, this action is stable and endurable.
