摘要
报道一种以薄层色谱 (TLC)结合比色法分析测定外用洗液类药物中盐酸小檗碱的方法。该方法简单易行 ,测定精密准确 ,重现性好 ,不需要复杂大型精密仪器 ,一般的实验室、医院和工厂均能完成 。
An uncomplicated method for the determination of berberine in medicinal lotions for external use was reported. Only the TLC and colorimetric analysis was used. This method is suitable for rapid analysis of berberine in common laboratory.
