鹿鞭、狗鞭、牛鞭的壮阳作用实验研究

Experimental Study on the Effect of Promoting Yang of Penis of Deer,Dog and Ox

实验结果表明 :狗鞭、牛鞭、鹿鞭药材匀浆后的混悬液对肾阳虚型动物有不同程度的壮阳作用 ,能使去势雄性大鼠附性器官 (包皮腺、精液囊、前列腺 )重量明显增加 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1 ) ,而对去势雌性大鼠包皮腺、子宫可增重 ,统计学处理无显著性差异。同时 ,能明显提高大鼠的交配能力 ,雄鼠扑捉雌鼠的潜伏期明显缩短 ,2 0min内扑捉次数明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1 ) ,提示三种鞭均有一定的壮阳作用 ,其中鹿鞭作用最好。

The experimental results have suggested: The suspension homogenated from raw material of dog' penis, cow's pennis and deer's pennis has the function of strengthening the Yang-qi for kidney-deficiency animal, which could weight castrated male white rat's accesory sex oragans (such as preputial gland. seminal vesicle and prostate gland) more heavty significantly (P<0.05～P<0.01) and also it could weight the preputial gland and uterus of castrated female white rat more heavity, but not significant statisticly. At the same time, it could strengthen the ability of sexual intercourse of white rat. The incubation period for male white rat to catch female white rat has been shortened sighificantly. The catching times within 20 minutes is significantly higher than that of contraste group (P<0.05～P<0.01) That is concluded that the three raw materials have the same function of strengthening Yang-qi. Among them the raw material of deer's penis is the best.
